Private room in a quiet community!

Spacious 5,000 sq ft home tucked away on the golf course. Many attractions in all directions. Home is less than 10 minutes from Interstate 81, about 45 minutes from Gettysburg and Harrisburg. Washington DC and Baltimore are about 1 1/2 hour drive. There are a handful of nice restaurants and two grocery stores 2-5 minutes away. Whitetail Ski Resort and Cowan’s Gap are 15-20 minutes away! Large unfurnished basement with bar if you need to entertain or setup tables. If you need it, just ask! This private bedroom and full bath is in our home on the second floor. We, Brian and Hollie, occupy the home with two dogs, Barkley and Lucie. We will do as much as possible to ensure a excellent experience. We go above and beyond to ensure guests have the most pleasant stay as possible! If you need anything please just ask! Guest have shared access to the Kitchen, Breakfast Area, Sitting Room, Dining Room, and W/D. We love to socialize but of course its not required! Please feel free to email, call or text anytime! Situated in The Fairways at the Greens, our home sits across from part of the Greencastle Greens Golf Course. No smoking in the house. Smoking can be done on the deck in the back of the house.
