The Space: This apartment is ideal for either leisure or business. Many of London's most popular tourist destinations are right on your doorstep, and the excellent transport links make it fantastic for anyone heading into the City for work. The apartment is on the 4th floor, accessed via an elevator. Please note that there is currently some construction work taking place on the building next door, which may cause general noise from the construction site between the hours of 8am - 5pm during the day. Note that there is no live cable TV, the property is a smart TV with access to the Apps only. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire apartment The Neighborhood: Westminster is home to two of London's most famous landmarks: The Houses of Parliament and Big Ben, both of which sit proudly on the river's edge. It's a great base for exploring nearby St James' s Park, Buckingham Palace, Mayfair, Trafalgar Square and beyond. Getting Around: St James's Park Tube Station is a 4 minute walk, and Victoria Station (Overground & Underground) is a 5 minute walk. There are also lots of buses in the area. Other Things to Note: Please note that all our cleaners are in Personal Protective Equipment and they use the appropriate cleaning materials and disinfectants. Please note that we provide shampoo, shower gel, soap and loo roll for the beginning of your stay and not for the entire duration. Please keep in mind that each home is unique – as you are staying at someone else’s home and not a hotel, the space and amenities will be different at each place. Please treat the home with the respect that you would treat your own, we dedicate a lot of time and care to it, so please respect the rules, the space and the neighbours. We would really appreciate if you tell us about any damage or breakages so that we can deal with these issues as soon as they arise. The property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hired hotel-quality linen to prepare the beds. This also includes clean towels, bath mat and a kitchen cloth. For bookings longer than 10 days we charge a mid-stay clean. This is the same cost of the standard cleaning fee and it includes linen and towel change. If you require more cleans please let us know as this can also be arranged. Please check prior to booking if you will be checking in outside check in hours as a charge may apply. A late check-out is sometimes possible for a fee of 50% of the nightly rate. Interaction with Guests: I am available by phone, email, message, and in person if needed.
