Centrally located, close to the high way, restaurants, convenient stores, parks and Metro North Train Station that takes about 25 minutes to Grant Central Station in Manhattan NYC. Available on daily or monthly basis. The guests get to enjoy their privacy, free WiFi, coffee and tea provided and some refreshments in the fridge. Walk up on third floor! The guests use the front door to get into the house. Welcoming you is a nice and beautiful wood flooring steps that leads upstairs! The host lives downstairs and they are very nice couple! The host is available 24/7 for any questions or help. The neighborhood is close to the park, Dunkin Donuts coffee shop, Gas stations and schools. New Rochelle is one of very safe neighborhood in Westchester county. Walk able distance to the metro north train station that takes you to Manhattan NYC in 25 minutes. COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS Due to pandemic, on-site laundry has been suspended. However, there’s a laundry mat 3 minutes walk onto North Avenue. All guest are Required to wear face mask when entering the house. Sanitizing Station is just by the door inside. Shoe covering are by the door inside. Please stay safe.
