We have a spacious and sun-lit, full second storey of a large family home in The Gardens, Manukau for you to enjoy! The space boasts a massive sprawling lounge with a complete kitchen and open dining area, surrounded by panoramic decking to enjoy the incredible outlook from our property. Our space isn't overly modern but is the perfect spot to bring your friends, take a dip in our heated swimming pool and enjoy the outdoors, then have everything you need upstairs to feel at home away from home! Long private driveway, set back from road. Ample off-street parking (suitable for camper vans/ multiple vehicles). Lounge area features sliding doors all around to access balcony, from where you get great southern views all the way to Bombay hills! Three well-sized bedrooms, two that feature sliding doors and private balconies. Complete bathroom with spa bath, his and hers sinks. Unlimited hot water. Very spacious lawn and outdoor areas to use as you'd like. Heated swimming pool. Guests are welcome to use our BBQ. Continental breakfast provided. We also have a very friendly dog at our property! Only 15 minutes to Auckland Airport , 5 minutes to Southern , Eastern Motorway , easy walking distance to Totara Park and Botanical Gardens and only 9 minutes to Manakau West field shopping Centre . Yet Tropical Oasis of of 1 i/2 Acreage . Guests can access the full second storey of our home and all of our outdoor space. We will be available generally for any questions or to get to know you! However our home is designed to give visitors upstairs their own complete living space! Our neighbourhood is friendly and peaceful, a great place for a walk or run. We are a short walk away from Totara Park as well as the Auckland Botanic Gardens! There are bus stops located 10 or so metres from the top of our driveway, very handy for guests needing to get around. We are a five minute drive from the nearest train station, 15 minutes from the airport and about a 20 minute drive from Auckland CBD!
