If you're looking for easy access to our summer festivals, bars within a block of the house offer free shuttles and MCTS can zip you away on the Green line to almost anywhere ( Bay View, Walker's Point, Henry Maier festival grounds, Third Ward, Downtown, Brady Street..) Off street parking for two vehicles is included and public transit is on the corner. A cab from the airport is very reasonable considering it's close proximity. You are walking distance from groceries, gas stations, bars, restaurants, and a library Pets are negotiable and an elevated air mattress is available upon request. I also now have a single, memory foam roll away bed. For those with mobility, issues: the main bathroom is upstairs, the second is in the basement. The stairs are also steep, so be careful. The house was built in 1922 and has these little quirks.
