Our luxurious and cozy room has everything needed to make your stay more enjoyable. It has a matrimonial bed, a closet, a vanity and a bathroom. The nicest space is the balcony, which overlooks the best view the South of the country has to offer: typical evergreen Mediterranean surroundings atop of the mountains and the immense blue of the white rocky beaches of the Ionian sea, making it your ideal coffee or aperitif spot in the fresh air. Toiletry essentials, clean linens and towels and frequent cleanings will be available throughout your stay. Common areas such as the swimming pool and garden are available at all times and exclusively to all our guests + guaranteed parking. If needed for long stays 4 days or more you can have access to our Laundry, and ironing. Our staff is willing to help you with everything you may need. :) There are 2 Ways to Get the property: - The main way where you take the road to the property's Parking place - The main National Road ( In front of the Himara Market) , where you can park Somewhere on the main Road and climb the Vila's stairs to the property. The access to the nearest beach (Spile Beach) and the Center (where you can find bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc) is just 9 minutes walk from the building or a 2-4 minute drive. Other beaches or bays you can easily walk or drive to are: - Livadhi Beach : a 5-6 minutes drive - Sfageio & Marachi Beach: a 15 minutes walk and a 4 minutes drive - Potami (Prinos) Beach: a 21 minutes walk and a 5 minutes drive - Llamani Beach: an 11 minutes drive Besides beautiful white rocky beaches, this location has plenty to offer for guests who are eager to get a taste of social-cultural tourism. The region has several Orthodox churches and monasteries, built with traditional Byzantine architecture. A number of churches are located inside the castle of Himarë in the Old Town of Himara, which was initially built in classical antiquity, like the Church of Virgin Mary Kasopitra, Episkopi, which is built on the site of an ancient temple dedicated to Apollo, as well as the Aghioi Pantes church, in the entrance of the castle. Additional monuments in the castle include the mansion of the Spyromilios family and the Greek school. All these attractions are only 4-5 minutes away by car. Moreover, for further exploration you can visit the Monastery of the Cross, Athaliotissa, Saint Theodore, Virgin Mary in Dhërmi and Saint Demetrius.
