Along one wall there are built in shelves and cabinets with a desk area to spread out. There is room for yoga and workouts. The room is on the finished basement level and is private and quiet. There is a door to the basement and then once down the stairs, to the left, there is a heavy curtain partition that serves as an additional "door" to the space. Guests share with me that they sleep amazingly well when they are here - the bed is super comfortable (it is top of the line). I love this room and stay here when it is not rented to my Air Bnb guests. There is a half bath at the top of the stairs on the first floor There is a full full bath on the second floor. It is shared and we arrange timing that works for everyone! Heat in the room in the colder weather is provided by a space heater, to adjust to your comfort. The room stays cool in the warm summer months - without any need for air conditioning. *** 2. Close to Movie Theaters, Health Clubs, Yoga studios * 1 mile, 20 minute walk - to D Green Line (Riverside) and bus to NYC * You will need a car or plan to use Uber or Lyft for rainy weather, or late nites, and in general to get around for grocery shopping, movies, etc. * 2 minutes or less access to all major roads: Rte 128/95, Mass Pike, Rte 16, Rte 9 * 10 miles into Boston * 5 miles to Cambridge and Harvard Square * fast and direct access to airport - 20-25 minutes on Mass Pike in good traffic Great walking neighborhood. Next to Leo Martin golf course, and cross country ski in the winter. 1.2 miles to Woodland Golf Course. Great for bicycling.
