sunny and welcoming flat

This 1930' building is a funny mixture of the old era in some details, comunism touch and something of a 21st century. On the 6th floor there is a quite nice overview on the city. The place is sunny and within the 5mins reach from the city center. It is 2 + 1 appartement. One bedroom with double bed and additional folding couch in the dinning room, that can comfortable accomodate two adults. One extra sofa can be used if necessary. The kitchen is fully equipped, also bathroom. There is small cosy balcony. You are free to use the whole appartement. One set of keys is given upon your arrival. Please be nice to all the equipment! Please respect the neighbours and after 10pm silence rule. Smoking if you can not help it only on the balcony. There are city maps and some general public transport + nice places info in the flat available. I like to call it Prague Manhattan..haha. The lower Holesovice are sorrounded by the river so the dock area is intriguing. It is quite a nice mixture of the historical working quarter with the factory buildings. Few nice bistro and restaurants. Within the walking distance up to Letna....well you will explore it yourselves. The appartment is on the tram lines from / to the city center, also on the Metro C line. Very easy to get around, night trams including. On the city river Ferry line as well.
