♥Lovely house 5' from Center & Kirchberg +Parking♥

Full 2 rooms house. Easy access to city center Very easy access to Kirchberg. 1 bathroom with shower, 2 toilets (one seperate) Easy access to any place (Kirchberg, Center, Clausen, Airport) You can park in front of the house on a private parking place. It takes 5 minutes by bus to get to the city center. 10 min to Kirchberg. It is a three storey house. First floor is the kitchen / living room. In between the two floors is a separate toilet. Second floor has a bathroom with shower and toilet and a bedroom. Third floor is a large room under the roof. The basement is closed and kept for my personal usage. All the place except basement. You can also use private courtyard to park your bike and your car. I will adapt to the traveler wishes. Located in a dead-end, Very quiet neighbourhood just in front of the catholic church of Weimerskirch. And a very nice cosy and quiet bar/restaurant 'Le Bovary' at the other side of the street. You can reach the Kirchberg and city by foot. It is a really nice walk to discover old Luxembourg (walk along the river Alzette) Car: You will be able to park in the courtyard. There is always place in the street and a large public parking place around the corner. You will avoid major traffic jams to go to Kirchberg (5min) or city Center (4min) Bus: 50m away you will find 2 bus stops (Knupp and Weimerskirch Duerf) which will bring you in City center (line 12: 5 minutes) or Kirchberg (line 8, 25: Auchan 12 minutes) - check mobiliteit dot lu for other routes. Taxi: Taxi is 10€ from city center, 25€ from airport - check webtaxi dot lu or taxiapp dot lu 100 meters from 2 bus stops. Train: The trainstation of Pfaffenthal is less than 10 min by foot. The new funicular and train stop of Pfaffenthal is about 10 min by foot. Bike: You can park your bike in the safe courtyard. From there reach Clausen / Amazon, city center (with the help of Pfaffenthal lift) or Kirchberg (with the help of Pfaffenthal funicular) all within 15 minutes. Foot: It will takes you 15/20 minutes to get from the city center. A very nice historical foot path and a walk in the park will lead you there. The washing machine is a washing machine combined with a dryer. It is really convenient as long as you do not overload it. If you wash the bed sheets it is advised to wash the duvet cover separately. Please note that there is as well a baby/young child bed at disposal on demand but that the baby bed cover is not provided and will need to be bring by the guest. Baby chair and Baby tub are also available upon request. TV is accessible via HDMI 1. Use IPTV Smarters to access thousand multilingual channels. You have access to NETFLIX please use only the profiles reserved for guests. No party - No pets - non smoker
