The first floor, finished with parquet and exposed wooden beams, is dedicated to the second bedroom, with two single beds, and a lounge area with sofa and TV. The property is surrounded by a panoramic terrace overlooking the lake, where our guests will have the opportunity to have lunch enjoying a unique view. A private garden, perfect for sunbathing, equipped with a barbecue ideal for days with family or friends, complete the property. Private outdoor parking is available for guests. Getting to Casa Bella Vista is simple: 50 minutes by car from Milan city; 45 minutes by car from Milan Malpensa airport (MXP) or one hour by bus (to Stresa); 1 hour by train from Milan Central Station (to Stresa); 2. 5 hours by train from Geneva airport (GVA) (to Stresa); 45 minutes by car from the Swiss border. Italian legislation provides for the need to send a copy of an identity document of each guest to the police headquarters within 24 hours from the moment of check-in.
