Independent house, very luminous with views of the sea and the northern area. Situated in the Romantic II urbanization in the natural setting of Los Roques. Terrace and rooftop with a solarium. 5 minutes away from the beach and trails where you will be able to enjoy the nature of the north. Pretty trails, good weather almost all year, near the beaches, supermarkets and the highway. I live in the apartment next door, that is why the arrival and departure time is flexible and we can agree on it beforehand.
