Home from home detached dormer property, situated in the beautiful village of Rhosybol. With two bedrooms and shower room upstairs, downstairs bedroom, bathroom, dining room, kitchen, lounge and conservatory. Outside includes off street parking for easily three cars, small front garden and neat enclosed garden to the rear with small patio. The house is very light and airy. There are two steps to get in to the property but once inside any guests with mobility issues would be fine using the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. All bedrooms can either be set as large super king size beds or twin beds. The lounge is the full width of the house with a lovely glass roofed conservatory off to the side allowing access to the rear enclosed garden. Paddock to rear where you can often see my ponies grazing. With outstanding countryside views from front and rear of property. Guests have full use of the entire property. I live 7 doors away from the property and am happy to support guests as and when the need arises. I have grown up on the island so am happy to offer recommendations for places to visit and eat. I have tried most of the adventurous activities such as Zipworld Velocity, White water rafting, coasteering, etc. We are situated on the beautiful Isle of Anglesey also known as Mon Mam Cymru (Mother of Wales) due to it’s abundance of produce. Rhosybol is within a stones throw of Parys Mountain where the mining of which started the industrial revolution. These days are long gone but now it provides beautiful walks and amazing photography opportunities. The island has numerous beaches which can meet everyone’s needs, from long flat beaches where you can walk for miles to small coves with amazing sunsets. We are 5 minutes by car from Llaneilian bay which is great for swimming and BBQ. This also gives you access to the Coastal Path, where you can see porpoises, seals, etc. We are also 5 minutes by car away from Lligwy beach which is a lovely dog friendly sandy beach. The seas around Anglesey are known world wide for the production of Menai Mussels and Halen Mon Sea Salt. We are 25 minutes from Llanfair PG (for short) the train station with the longest name. There are plenty of outdoor activities to do including kite surfing, stand up paddle boarding, coasteering, kayaking, etc. We are 40 minutes from Snowdonia where you could walk Snowdon, jump from Adam to Eve, dunk your feet in the lakes or take on the World’s fastest Zipline at 125mph. Then again if you want to relax find a peaceful bay and sit with your book. There is plenty to do and see. Our nearest pub is 2 miles away. A car is essential as public transport is limited in the village. Dogs welcome but discussion must occur with owner prior to booking property, as extra charge will be requested.
