Simple, but rather lovely hut in our orchard.

Hi and thank you for looking at our Hut in St Hilary. Located in our orchard with its own pedestrian access and private garden. Sleeps 2 with bedding & towels provided. Parking is available immediately outside on a quiet lane. Basic facilities: Water tanks and bottled water, electric flush chemical toilet, outdoor camping 'Hoselock' portable shower, kettle, fridge and BBQ suitable for disposable style BBQ pack. PLEASE NOTE: There are no cooking facilities other than a BBQ which is set up to take the disposable style BBQ packs. Hot water is achieved by boiling the kettle The shower is an 7 litre outdoor camping style portable shower, with hot water heated from a kettle, there is a shower cubicle in the outbuilding alongside the hut. It is a chemical toilet with electric flush. No mains water supply, fresh water is provided from 3 five gallon containers, these are refreshed as and when required. One 230v plug socket, suitable for low power use only. There is ample parking in the quiet lane immediately outside. Walking distance to village with shop, two pubs and a post office. A Co-op is just a short drive away. St Hilary is a quiet rural parish just inland from Marazion. St Hilary Church just down the lane is well worth a look. Evening sunsets from the field gate opposite is often stunning. Plenty of footpaths and quiet lanes to walk or cycle along. There is a bus stop 100m away with links to Penzance Near the Hut is St Hilary School, it can get busy at drop off and pick up times. Please bring your own towels for using at the beach.
