This cottage is an 18th century weavers cottage with living on 3 floors. The whole cottage has beamed ceilings and lots of beautiful original features, the kitchen has an original Yorkist range. The kitchen is fully equipped with breakfast island and space to seat 8 people at the dining table. The front door leads out onto a stone flagged patio area great for alfresco dining. The first floor has two bedrooms and the bathroom. The second floor has the living area with contemporary fireplace. Lockable storage for bikes in stone shed to side, outside hose to wash muddy boots or bikes. The house has a barrel cellar access via kitchen which has washing facilities and freezer. The whole of the property is available for use. Meet on arrival and am available during stay if required. The village of Hepworth is a traditional Yorkshire village set in the Pennines, close to the Peak District National Park; where you can enjoy fantastic walking and cycling. We are short distance from Holmfirth, which has many great events such as the well established Art Week, Folk Festival and Food Festival and a first rate music venue, The Picturedrome. There are many great places to eat and drink within the area. Local bus service to Holmfirth and Huddersfield via bus stop 200metres from house. Taxis available in the centre of Holmfirth.
