Very nice fully furnished private room in Belvedere Marittimo (CS) few minutes drive to the town centre and beaches. A comfortable loft apartment on our top stair with large balcony and amazing sea view. Quite and calm area ideal for walks to relax and another side the street are shops such as co-operative, little private supermarket, coffee shops with everyday fresh pastries and croissants, bank and restaurants. Perfect for summer holiday, travelers or workers. Lovely private double room with storage to hang or fold away your belongings. There is Tv in the room and also air conditioning. Shared areas: Fully furnished kitchen, dining room with sofa, table and all utensils needed. WiFi, Tv, desk and chairs available to use also air conditioning installed in the room and dining room. Bathroom with sink, little storage and bath with mixer shower. In addition to the double room you’ll also can share other areas including kitchen, bathroom and large living room with table, sofa and Tv. There is a little corridor with desk and this can be used to study or work. Very nice view from the balcony where the guest can enjoy the external sofa coffee table and chairs with also hammock chair. Always available to socialize with our guests and help them out with all their needs. Happy to give you some tips about the best places to visit, good restaurants and nice relaxing areas. Nice and calm area. Few minutes walk to the town centre and the sea side. Amazing view and atmosphere. Parking space available for travelers by car. Belvedere marittimo train station if pick up required we can provide with little extra cost. Traveling around the cost just ask if you want to know more about renting cars. However, with only few minutes walk you’ll find the beaches all shopping center and the town centre. Guests can use dish washer, washing machine and all communal areas. We advising them just to keep nice and clean all the communal spaces. Breakfast is not included but you’ll have a good coffee shop just down the street. For any additional services such as breakfast, restaurant booking, beaches space, excursion and all other entertainment please do not hesitate to ask.
