Featuring high ceilings, thick walls and double glazed balcony windows, the house is 102 square metres situated in a private plot of 500 square metres. Master bedroom: Queen size bed (1.60x2.00) ,a pair of bedside cabinets with plenty of space inside for your personal belongings, baby's crib, Air-condition, smart TV, balcony door with curtain, net and light blocking shutters, en-suite bathroom with hot water all the time. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds , bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, wardrobe, hangers. Air-condition, balcony door with curtain, net and light blocking shutters . The open kitchen - dining - living space is equipped with an Air-condition and a big smart TV. Kitchen: comes with pots / pans / platters for large meals and serving utensils such as silverware (forks,knives,spoons) and cups,dishes and bowls. Counter space is kept clear and ready to use. The pantry: -Zanussi A+++ washing machine & washing powder (outdoor drying line provided) -Rohnson's microwave Main bathroom consists of a spacious walk-in shower, shampoo, toothpaste, hand liquid soap and toilet paper. Hot water provided all the times. The house is equipped with an emergency power cut light, 3 Air-Cons, 2 smart televisions, washing machine, electric ceramic hobs, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster and a filter coffee machine. Available on request : - Baby's bath tub. Free and private parking space for 1-2 vehicles right outside the house available. Sea view from the roof and the patio. Guests will have exclusive access to all parts of the house plus the pantry , the garden and of course the in-land parking space. I give my guests space but am available whenever needed. Our neighborhood is rural, with low population density, quiet and safe, away from the main road. Within two minute walking distance there is a quiet and sandy beach with crystal clear water , the diver's and surfers' cafe, a mini-market, the bus stop and of course the little harbor where the ferry boat docks to Antiparos. Kite surfing and windsurfing spot is 15 minutes away on foot. Bus stop is in 100 metres from the house. Port to Antiparos is also 100 metres from the house. Taxi service on demand available. The port of Paroikia and the airport are 10 minutes away by vehicle. Tips : To get around the island, explore its unique beauty and discover its wonderful beaches at your own pace and time, a car is a much better option than the bus. If you are planning to do kitesurfing but have no car , please keep in mind that a 15 minute walk carrying all your kitesurfing equipment can be tiring.
