This fully equipped, large studio comprises open-plan kitchen-dining and sleeping areas, a bathroom, a separate storage space and a patio. There is a double bed and a sofa which converts into a second double bed if needed. Only meters away from the beach, this is great holiday home for 2/3 people On arrival day we collect a 100 euro 'damage deposit', This is returned in full on departure day, if there has been no loss or damage in the property during guests' stay. Local laws: All guests have to be registered with the local Tourist Office within 24 hours of arrival, and pay tourist 'stay tax'. This is 1 euros per adults person per day. Young people between 12 - 18 years old pay 50cents, and children under 12 do not pay. We deal with this for our guests, so they don't have to worry about the procedure.
