Villa Kemiri @ Sempiak Holiday Houses

Sempiak Villas and Sempiak Holiday Houses are located in Selong Belanak Bay and is the only boutique resort complex on the beach in South Lombok. Villa Kemiri is spacious and perfect for a beach holiday at Selong Belanak beach. Guests have full access to the Sempiak Villas Resort facilities, such as the Holiday Houses Swimming Pool, Spa, Yoga and Beach club. Breakfast is included and served at Laut Biru Bar and Restaurant on the beach each morning . Villa Kemiri is only a 1-minute walk to the beautiful Selong Belanak beach and Laut Biru Bar and Restaurant. In fact you can hear the waves at night. The swimming pool is a short buggy ride. Built mostly with local materials it is a painted brick and wood house in a cottage style, with calming natural “beach” colours there are high ceilings and handmade tiles on the floor which keep the house cool all year round. Fully air-conditioned, the Villa is furnished with a king size bed on the mezzanine level and a king size bed on the ground level. There is a well equiped kitchen with dining area, a spacious bathroom, wide verandah with seating area and a cosy couch to relax on in the bedroom area. Provided complimentary are drinking water, a variety of teas and plunger Lombok coffee and safety deposit box. Plenty of books, magazines and cd’s to relax with and a well stocked Mini Bar. We welcome children of all ages to stay in our Holiday houses. All guests are welcome to enjoy the Sempiak Villas Resort facilities, such as the Holiday Houses Swimming Pool, The Spa @ Sempiak, Daily Yoga classes and Camplung Beach club with sun loungers, umbrellas and bar service. Each evening there is a Duty Manager and 24 hour security around the property The best part of the neighbourhood is Selong Belanak Beach - arguably Lombok's best beach. There are numerous warungs (small beach side businesses selling local food and drinks ) from where you can also take surfing lessons, hire boards and spend beach time. On the property right on the beach is the Laut Biru Bar and Restaurant which is open from 8.00am to 9.00pm, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. There is free car and motorbike parking. Rental car and driver for day trips or to transport hubs can be organised at Reception. For getting around the property there is a free buggy service operating from 8.00am to 9.00pm
