Mews cottage, which has recently been updated, is bright, cosy and contemporary. It has full gas central heating. Kitchen/diner with steps leading down to a small private courtyard, with table and chairs to enjoy the sunshine. Lounge with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, which comprises of a rainfall shower over the bath. There are USB sockets located throughout the house. Penryn is a historic and ancient market Town, close to the beautiful beaches of Falmouth such as Gyllyngvase and Maenporth, yet within easy access of St Ives, Lands End and everywhere you may want to explore in Cornwall. Penryn has cafes, pubs/restaurants and take away's including the best fish and chip shop in Cornwall The town enjoys good communication with Falmouth via its bus service and train station which links to Truro city and mainline Paddington. Falmouth can also be reached by foot taking approx 45 -50 mins Train time to Falmouth 11 mins
