The Cottage at The Crown

Sweet renovated two BR 1040's cottage situated on the crown of Brasstown, NC overlooking the John C. Campbell Folk School. Comfortable, amazing views, great location. Also located on the property is Kula Wellness Center which offers yoga, a massage therapist, and health related workshops. Entire house We're often on the property either in my art studio, the wellness center, or in the restaurant The property sits on a hill overlooking the mountains and the John C Campbell Folk School. There are many places to hike within a short distance. Also nearby lakes to boat or swim. The local community is composed of many artists. Just next door to the cottage is The Crown, a farm-to-table restaurant that serves local Appalachian fare with an international influence. The town of Murphy, NC is within a 15 minutes drive and has a sweet downtown area with interesting shops and the River Walk, which is approximately 3 miles of scenic trails along the Hiawassee River. Murphy is also the home of the Valley River Casino. Also within a 15 minute drive is Hayesville, NC with shops, breweries, and restaurants as well as beautiful Lake Chatuge. No public transportation There is activity around the cottage most days due to the restaurant on site, but the house is completely private and no one will invade your space.
