Périgueux (9 km) offers various attractions such as the stunning Saint-Front Cathedral, Wednesday market, Riverboat restaurant and the pretty old quartiers are well worth a visit night or day where you'll find Shops, Theatre, Cinema and Museums that are easily accessible on foot and a large part of the town is pedestrianized. Heading South towards the riverside town of Le Bugue (38kms) & Les Eyzies (42kms) Aquarium, Le village du Bournat, Canoe hire, Cro-Magnon shelter, National History museum, Font-de-Gaume cave painting are all wonderful days out for families & couples.
