Location plus! The perfect home for a family, couples getaway or a weekend away. No need to drive- park your car and walk or bike ride everywhere. Kingscliff Beach, Cudgen Creek, Restaurants, Cafes, & shopping centre are all a flat easy walk. Keen for a swim? Kingscliff beach and Cudgen creek are both within walking distance (and an easy, flat ride or scoot for your little ones). Feeling hungry? Take the 5 minute flat walk to a range of restaurants and cafes. Looking for a night out? As well as the restaurants and cafes our home is also a short walk to the Kingscliff Bowls club, Surf Club and Pub- no need for a taxi home. There is also a bus service to night spots further north including Coolangatta and Surfers Paradise. Need to wear the kids out? As well as the beach and creek there is an excellent bike path running the length of the beach with a number of parks and playgrounds including an excellent play area near to the creek. A bus service also runs between Kingscliff and the Gold Coast theme parks and shopping centres. The house This house has plenty of space for families or groups with a large living room & dining room inside and a spacious covered patio with lounges, TV , bar and dining table outside overlooking the lovely pool area. There are 3 bedrooms available. Room 1: Queen bed with en-suite & air conditioning Room 2: Queen bed with ceiling fan Room 3: 2x single beds with ceiling fan A portable cot & high chair are available. Some cupboards are not available but hanging rack provided. There is plenty of off street parking on the property. There wide choice of places to eat out at & entertainment venues all within walking distance. Public transport to Tweed, Coolangatta & southern Tweed beaches is available close by. Courtesy buses are available to Kingscliff Bowls Club, Cudgen Leagues Club, Kingscliff Beach Hotel & ChinderahTavern.
