Little Cottage on Clear

A cozy 3 season cottage on Clear Lake. With fresh modern decor this is a stylish place to vacation with family, friends or a couples getaway. Picture yourself relaxing by the water, roasting s'mores at the fire, swimming, stand up paddle boarding, bbqing, doing all the fun things of summer. The cottage is set off the road, down a beautifully treed lot with stone steps leading you the way. There is a full kitchen with all new appliances including a fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle and blender. Although it is very tiny (there is no dishwasher) it has everything you'll need. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. A queen, a double and a twin bunk bed. This comfortably sleeps 6 and the sofa in the living area flips out, sleeping extra or to cozy right up and watch movies on a rainy day. The cottage is small, but the outdoor space makes up for it. The waterfront is pristine - with the stone patio, dock and deck, there is plenty of space to relax and play. There is a nice flat yard to enjoy games and behind the cottage there is space to explore acres and acres of forest! The entire cottage, lawn, and waterfront is available for you to enjoy. There is also a treed back lot that you can explore and go on nature walks. We live 25 mins away and are readily available if you need anything. One of the reasons that makes Clear Lake so special is it's location. You're 10 mins from the town of Lakefield: cute shops, restaurants, cafes, groceries, LCBO and Beer Store. Clear Lake also has amazing restaurants on the lake. You can rent a boat or sea-doo from the local marina. We have a stand up paddle board, pedal boat, large floating mat to use. The cottage is on a septic, no flushing feminine products down the toilet. We don't recommend drinking the tap water so we have bottled water available. One week rentals available for 6 nights (Friday-Thursday). Checking in on Friday at 3pm and checking out on Thursday at 11am. Please contact if you have specific requests or questions.
