Very modern, new, sunny villa. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two big terraces in each bedroom, big nice garden surrounding the house, with private pool, BBQ, large outside dining area, chill out area, ping pong table and a sun bathing area. It is perfect for several families with kids. House is ONLY RENTED FOR FAMILIES. No young groups allowed. NO PARTIES. House is very big and comfortable and has everything you might need for a perfect holiday. Bedrooms are very spacious, have lots of light and a view over the mountains and countryside. They are very independent from each has a private terrace with big windows to the floor. One bedroom has independent entrance to the garden. There is also dressing room in the main bedroom. There is big fully equipped kitchen, big living room with a dining table, there’s also dining table outside connected to the kitchen with a big BBQ zone to prepare your meals outside. Pool area has a chill out zone and several chase longs. We hope you will enjoy your stay! Canyellas is a small village near Sitges. There are lots of restaurants, bars, big supermarket and bakeries. There are also kid’s playgrounds. Perfect for runners or Nordic walking fans there are very nice routs through the mountains and hills. It takes 8 mints drive to Sitges with its lovely village and beaches. 10 minutes to Vilanova i la Geltru – local town, with pedestrian shopping streets and a big port with old fisherman boats and big modern Yates. To go to Barcelona is 40 minutes’ drive or you can take a train from Vilanova or Sitges and it will take you to Paseo de Gracia in 40 minutes. To the airport is 35 minutes’ drive.
