This model OPEN concept 1-BR sized suite offers comfort and convenience for you to enjoy the amenities and natural setting at Pico de Loro in Nasugbu, Batangas. This is our seaside home away from the city hustle! The unit is 46sqm located at Miranda A Building. This brand new, nicely furnished place comfortably fits 6 adults. This unit uses split-type aircon for quiet cooling. It has a fully-equipped kitchen that allows you to cook your meals during your stay. Please bring potable drinking water if you plan to cook soup/rice. Drinking water may also be purchased at the Country Club store or the condo reception area (Php50 per 5-gallon). The unit is furnished with the following: 2 Queen-size beds 3 Single foldable foam mattresses Sheets/pillows/blankets Refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, rice cooker, toaster oven and electric kettle Complete kitchen cooking utensils, pots and pans Complete dinner plates, glasses, mugs, serving dishes and cutlery Dining table and chairs Water dispenser (for 5-gallon water) Split type aircon LED TV with Cignal cable Wifi connection Multi-point water heater for sink and shower in bathroom Clothes drying rack Outdoor table and benches Pico de Loro Guest Fee: Guest fee is separate from the rental of the unit and covers the use of Country Club swimming pool and showers and access to the Pico Beach. Guest fee is to be paid directly to Club upon entry during registration (valid for the whole duration of stay). Lean Season: Weekdays of January, February & June to November – P800/adult, P300/child, 4-12 years old Peak Season: Weekends of January, February & June to November, Weekdays of March to May & December, all HOLIDAYS of the year – P1,200/adult, P400/child, 4-12 years old High Season: Weekends of March to May & December – P1,300/adult, P500/child, 4-12 years old Weekends are defined as Friday to Sunday & Weekdays as Monday to Thursday. Children 3 years and below are free of charge. Guest Fees are one-time fees upon entry, regardless of the number of days you are staying as a guest of the Club. The entry day determines the applicable fees to be charged to the guest. Other sports and recreation facilities are available with corresponding charges. Lady Caretaker will prepare the unit before you arrive and clean-up after you leave. She will meet you at the building reception to facilitate your check-in and handover the key. She will receive the key from you and conduct the inspection of the unit upon check-out. Pico De Loro is a nature park with modern sports and recreation facilities. The neighbours are generally friendly and used to encountering guests. Guests are required to wear wrist bands for identification. Some areas in the Beach Club are exclusive to members and their accompanied guests. Pico de Loro is approximately a 1.5 hour drive from Mall of Asia via Cavitex-Ternate Route or 3 hours via SLEX-Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay Route. Free parking is available in the building compound. Shuttle service around the resort is provided for FREE. Guest Endorsement and Authorization Forms are required. Kindly provide the complete names and ages of all the occupants for the processing of these forms. Validated authorization forms will be sent via email. You will need a guest cash card to settle your transactions at the Beach & Country Club (restaurants, sports & recreation facilities). The cash card is a pre-paid card which is valid for one year. The card is Php50 and minimum initial load is Php1,000. This is not compulsory but will be needed for purchases at the Club. Please bring personal effects (toiletries, towels, food & water). Towels are available for rent at the Club but must be returned in the evening. Tap water is not drinkable in the resort and guests are advised to bring their own drinking water. Drinking water may also be purchased at the Country Club store or the condo reception area (Php50 per 5-gallon). A 5-gallon water dispenser is provided at the unit for your use.
