A charming cottage of 105m² in the Black Perigord region, which offers the world famous Lascaux caves and many other prehistoric sites. This is a region of outstanding natural beauty with a wide range of things to do and see to suit all ages... with castles, gardens, and lots of cultural or sport activities. The village is only 1.5 miles away and has a fantastic bakery, restaurant and a grocery store for all your supplies. The gite offers wonderful tranquility and a relaxing holiday. - Guests have exclusive use of their own swimming pool which can be heated and is available from mid-April. - Air conditioning is available in all rooms of the gite. - Sheets, towels and bath sheets supplied are included in the price, and beds are ready for your arrival. - BBQ and table tennis/bats/balls are at your disposal. - Access from/to the A89 motorway is only 5 minutes drive away from the gite. - the gite has its own parking place with access directly into the gite from you vehicle. - There are some lovely walks surrounding the property and a lake nearby where you can enjoy a picnic or hunt for mushrooms (in season).
