The supply of electricity, water and wood is included in the price. Cozy little cottage of approx. 30 sq, for 1 or 2 people, with fireplace, completely independent and detached, on its enclosed garden, 600 m from the village of Scrignac, a town in the Armorique Regional Park and the Monts d ' Arrée, 10 min from the legendary Huelgoat forest, 15 min from the Vallée des Saints in Carnoët, 20 min from the highest peaks in Brittany, 25 min from Morlaix, 30 min from the sea ... The house has a fireplace with wood stove (+ electric heating). The supply of electricity and water is included in the price. Free and unlimited WiFi access. Wood for an outbreak after walks in the area is also provided free of charge. I live 300 m from the gîte and I am therefore available, of course, to guide you and answer to your questions. The gîte is an ideal starting point for exploring both Brittany on the land side and the sea side. It is 1 hour from the cities of Brest, 1 hour from Quimper, 1 hour from Saint-Brieuc. This is a good place to discover the Finistère, while being at the gates of the Côtes d'Armor department ... 600 m from the village of Scrignac. 20 min from the RN12 (main route Rennes - Brest).
