We proudly present you NEWLY opened, deluxe and fully serviced accommodation, located in one of the TOP Prague’s location. The apartments are secured by Ozon. Floors, door handles, railings, handrails, buttons in the elevator are washed with chlorine (there is almost no smell). The apartment is independent and operate without the assistance of a reception. Self-check-in is available around the clock. Luggage room is available around the clock. Baby crib is a subject of a fee. Our building was fully renovated in 2018 and offers 15 soundproofed, air-conditioned, non-smoking private apartments and Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment is at your disposal. Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment rentals feature stylish interior as well as attractive furnishings. We are surrounded by nature - two very famous parks are in walking distance. On one side – the Prague Castle is located 15 minutes distance using direct tram, on the other - Náměstí Republiky with one of the biggest Prague shopping mall in 10 minutes distance by direct tram. The apartment features fully equipped kitchenette, living room with sofa-bed, bedroom with a double bed or two single beds and bathroom with shower. Designated smoking area is available on balcony between floors (out of building). These apartments are situated from 2nd to 5th floor. Windows in bedroom are heading to the courtyard or to the street, while windows in living room are heading to the street only. Entire apartment is just for yourselves. How do we differ from other properties? First of all, you need to realize that every hotel, hostel or apartment in Prague is just one of thousand accommodation options available. We will be the first ones to meet you at the airport and make sure, that since our first encounter everything will go smoothly until we say our farewells. A home away from home surrounded by two very famous parks: LETNÁ PARK (located only 350 m away from the apartments) is a large park with grassy areas, trees, colorful assortment of bushes and a long tree avenue. The avenue is full of benches, which makes it a great place to sit and relax. If you decide to walk up to Havanský Pavilion (a unique cast-iron building with a restaurant) you will be offered unparalleled views on the city. Letná park is great for playing sports, walking, having a picnic or just relaxing in the summer garden restaurant in Letná chateau in its eastern part. A local hot spot is the gigantic Metronome which represents a symbolic spot on the map of Prague. It is the very same spot where in past a gigantic statue of Joseph Stalin overlooked the city. It was demolished by dynamite charge in 1962, many years after his death. The seven-ton Metronome was installed in 1991 and is meant to symbolize the beginning of a new era. The surrounding area is a paradise for skateboarders. STROMOVKA PARK - Prague´s "Central Park", “An oasis of peace and relaxation”, “an island of greenery in the midst of a noisy metropolis”. All this and more awaits you in former royal deer-park, better known simply as Stromovka. This roughly 100 hectare area is opened daily and it is visited by youngsters, couples, runners, in-line skaters, cyclists, families with kids and last but not least dog owners with their pets. As you can see this place is suitable for many activities. Generali Arena: A stadium where some of the biggest historical victories of local AC Sparta Praha football team took place. This place is located only 1 km from our Apartments. The Exhibition Grounds (Výstaviště Praha Holešovice) represents an attractive tourist point located directly next to Stromovka Park. Whole exhibition grounds were built for jubilee exhibition which took place in 1891. The Exhibition grounds hosts yearly more than 50 exhibition projects, trade fairs and whole variety of cultural and entertainment events. A small tip: You won't find too many groceries near the apartment. There is one just 150 m from the apartment building. We are also neighbors with a pharmacy (which you hopefully will not need to visit) and a street full of cafeterias and places to hang out. Strossmayerovo náměstí, one block from us, has great transportation node whose east side is dominated by the pseudo-Gothic Church of St. Anthony of Padua dating back to the early 20th century. A unique nativity scene is stored here, with the figures dressed in native costumes of various Slavic nationalities. Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment accommodates up to four adults.
