Villa Evilia keeps the Cycladic architectural characteristics at the exteriors, combined with minimal style and modern facilities at interiors. Is surrounded by a fence afforested olive garden and disposes a 90-sq meter veranda with marble table, small swimming pool, shower unit and BBQ. Villa can easily accommodate up to eight guests and has the facilities required for people with movement difficulties (ramp, specially designed bathroom). The kitchen of the house is fully equipped (laundry machine, automatic dishwasher, oven and kitchen hearths, refrigerator, toaster, boiler, blender, filter-coffee machine, Nespresso and steam iron). In the modern living room, there is a fireplace and air conditioner. You can have your meals in the big table or relax on one of the sofas. The house provides three bedrooms and three bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with a coco mat sleeping system, SMART HD 24’ TVs, air conditioner and ceiling fan with remote control. The house, which can easily accommodate up to eight people, has the facilities required for people with movement difficulties (ramp, specially designed bathroom), and of course Wi-Fi connection. All spaces are accessible to the visitors, apart from the rooftop. Help could be available on request if needed, with prior notice. Villa Evilia is situated on the bounds of the traditional and picturesque village of Marpissa, close to a shopping center, an athletic stadium and a playground, a bus stop, restaurants and traditional taverns, pharmacy and others. Each King size bed in bedroom 1 and 3 can become two single beds if you prefer. Minors must use the piscine only under adult's supervision. Mind the lubricity of the steps when they are wet.
