This wonderful county property has a double room, a twin room which can be offered as a king-size double if required, and a king-size double with en-suite which can be set up as a twin by prior arrangement. There is also a shower room on the ground floor, along with a kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room with electric fire and a sitting room. Outside is off road parking and a garden area to the front and side. Broadhay is perfectly placed for enjoying this lovely part of Derbyshire, with great walking, stately homes and pretty villages to explore. Amenities: Oil central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Front and side garden with small patio, lawn and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Cottage accessed by a steep unmade track. Note: Clay pigeon shooting must be pre-booked with the owner. Note: Check-in 4pm. Please note: maximum 6 people allowed, including any infants. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales. Town: Hathersage is a small village in the heart of the Peak District National Park. The village of Castleton is just four miles away, famous for its caves, but it also offers a selection of shops, pubs and an open air heated swimming pool. Also in the area is Bakewell, Buxton and Chatsworth House
