Close to public transport, shops inc Chadstone (10 mins drive) and Southland (5 mins drive). 11 mins drive to Monash Uni Clayton and 13 mins to Monash Uni Caulfield, 10 mins drive to Brighton Beach, only 30 min drive to Melbourne CBD or easily accessible by bus/train. The place just been renovated. It is smart designed small size flat with kitchen, full size bathroom, bedroom with built in cupboard and queen size bed. It is all newly refurbished, bright and clean. Freshly painted, cosy and secure. Inside Smart Styled and Decorated Flat, kitchen is adequate for the cooking of small meals, being equipped with: - 2 burns gas cooktop - kettle - coffee machine - microwave - fridge - dishwasher - small fry pan and 2 pots - cutlery and crockery You also will be treated with stocked complementary oatmeal, nutella, cookies, sugar, salt, tea bags and coffee pods, etc... In the bathroom you will have towels, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, soap. There is a washing machine with powder. There is new superb queen size bed with hotel quality linen, always clean and 100% hygienic. You can park your car outside on the street there are lots of spaces available. If you are staying with us for an extended stay or would like me to clean the unit during your stay just let me know. The charge is the same as my current cleaning fee. Of course I always provide ample towels and linen and you are welcome to change the bedding yourself and clean at your leisure. I am available to answer any questions you may have about the area throughout your stay. We have lovely tiny park with brand new playground only 20 meters away. Shopping lane in 2 mins walking distance include: Chesterville Hot Bread Bakehouse, Australia Post, Valentinos Fish and Chips, Milk Bar, CBA ATM, Chesterville News Agency, Foodworks, Chesterville Charcoal Chicken, Brunos Barber Shop, Johns Hamburgers Fish and Chicken. There is Subway across the road as well as petrol station.
