Soulhouse

Our home is located in a quiet and sunny position, with a green and large garden. There are 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and two large and well organized bathrooms, both at your disposal, 1 on the ground floor and 1 near the bedrooms on the second floor. You can reach us by car, there is a place in the garage and parkings near to the house. A short walk away there are a bar and a pizzeria restaurant with excellent traditional Italian food. On the ground floor, there’s the living room with a beautiful wood-burning fireplace, a reading area, the breakfast area with access to the garden, a well equipped kitchen and the first bathroom. On the first floor there are 3 rooms, spacious, sunny and bright, with a balcony for 2 of them and a large bathroom. The whole villa is available for the exclusive use of guests, including the private garden and garage. I am available to welcome guests and provide tourist information at their request San Bernardino Verbano is one of the main accesses to the Val Grande Natural Park, which is one of the largest and wildest in Europe. There are many routes and excursions, some of which (for example the Sentiero Azzurro) can be reached on foot from our SoulHouse without using the car. The lake, the mountain, the places to visit are many and all enchanting: the gardens of Villa Taranto, Stresa, the three Borromean islands of Lake Maggiore, the mountain pastures like the Alpe Ompio, right in the town of S. Bernardino Verbano, which has a shelter with a bar and restaurant and a breathtaking view. You can practice different water sports, hiking, horse riding and there is also a golf course in the area. Upon your arrival we will be happy to give you all the information and information regarding the itineraries and local events. We are a few kilometers from the highway access. There are sufficient free public parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. We recommend the use of your own vehicle to reach the structure and to move around.
