Located next to the owners farmhouse with stunning sunset views, close to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path with a village pub 10 minutes walk away. Manorbier Train station is less than 10 minutes walk away with the coastal village of Manorbier itself being only a five minutes drive. This spacious and split-level cottage has been completely renovated to a high standard in 2018 and offers the added comforts of underfloor heating, a log burner and a King size bed. Perfectly situated for walkers, dog owners and romantic getaways alike, the spacious accommodation comprises of a west aspect open plan living room with oak dining table, vaulted ceiling and cosy log burner; fully equipped kitchen; separate utility room/doggie bedroom; king size bedroom with vaulted ceiling; shower room with heated towel rail. The 23ft living room has French doors which open onto an enclosed west aspect paved terrace with established shrubs, dining table, BBQ and chimenea for private use with idyllic rural and spectacular sunset views! The accommodation is situated within three acres of gardens with the majority being accessible for guests to enjoy. The cottage also benefits from it's own fully enclosed terrace. The Byre is next to Ruth & Greg's farmhouse and they are available during your stay if you need anything. Most of the neighbours are of the four legged variety. The property is surrounded by fields with cows and an old Lime Kiln to the West. Your own vehicle is recommended and we have plenty of parking. The train station is a 10 minute walk away and there is a bus stop approximately 20 minutes walk away.
