Very close to supermarkets, gym (Sobell Centre), cinema & other amenities. Excellent transport links (Holloway Road tube, Drayton Park rail, Upper Holloway overground, buses). It has a garden shared with one other flat (currently being replanted). It's a happy home with small dog. It’s a period property will all mod cons, it’s close to transport links, bars shops and restaurants but also peaceful with a little patio and garden. If you’re an Arsenal fan, the stadium is walking distance. Shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden but spacious enough for people to have privacy Happy to answer any questions and give guests space, as they wish It’s in North Islington so lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby. Holloway Road is full of shops and restaurants so very convenient. Transport links to Zone 1 are exceptional - tube, train and buses all very close. Arsenal stadium nearby if you’re a football fan but it is not in the main areas of football fan traffic if you’re not! Tube, train, bus, car and bike all convenient. There’s a little dog who lives here. He’s super cute but sometimes he is a little barker 😊 Please note that for the health of the household.
