Apartment on 1st floor from our house: entrance together, we live on the ground floor; 1 bedroom with double bed and sofa bed; Dining room with small kitchen; bathroom. You may sit in the garden. The location is quiet, the tram near. Included in the price: city tax with free tickets for the whole City. You will love my accommodation because of comfortable bed, high ceilings, cosiness and light. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families. Die Wohnung mit 2 Zimmer hat eine schöne Aussicht in die umliegenden Gärten. Im grossen Zimmer steht ein Bett 160x200cm und ein Bettsofa 140x200cm und es hat einen Kleiderschrank. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer ist ein Bett 140x200cm auf einer Galerie 1,4m hoch, die über eine Leiter erreicht wird und ein runder Tisch mit drei Stühlen. In der kleinen Küche steht ein Tisch für 6 Personen, ein Wasserkocher, eine Microwelle mit Grill, ein Toaster und eine Kaffeemaschine. Nesspresso-Kapseln und Tee stehen zur freien Verfügung. Es besteht die Möglichkeit Raclette, Käse- oder Fleischfondue zu machen. Die Gästetaxe ist im Preis inbegriffen. Sie erhalten ein Ticket für Tram, Bus und Zug mit dem sie im ganzen Kanton Basel und Baselland gratis fahren können. Es hat Gesellschaftsspiele und Spielsachen für Kinder. Wenn nötig haben wir ein Kinderbett und einen Kindersitz. The apartement has a beautiful view of the surrounding gardens. In the big room is a bed 160x200cm and a sofa bed 200x140cm. In the second room, a bed 140x200cm is on a gallery which is about 1.40 m high, and a round table. Both rooms have a wardrobe. In the small kitchen there is a table for 6 persons, a water cooker, a microwave with grill, a toaster and a coffee machine. Nesspresso capsules and tea are at your disposal. There is the possibility to make raclette, cheese or meat fondue. The tourist tax is included. You will receive a ticket for tram, bus and train with which they can travel throughout the canton of Basel and Baselland free. It has board games and toys for children. If necessary, we have a cot and a child's seat. Der Eingang benutzen wir gemeinsam. Wir wohnen im Erdgeschoss. Der obere Stock mit dem Schlafzimmer und dem Aufenthaltsraum ist für euch allein reserviert und durch einen Vorhang vom Untergeschoss abgetrennt. Unser Garten lädt euch ein, im Liegestuhl neben unserem Weiher zu entspannen. There is a shared entrance. We live on the ground floor. The upper floor with the bedrooms and the living room is reserved for you alone and separated from the apartment by a curtain. Our garden invites you to relax in a deck chair next to our pond. Wir respektieren eure Privatsphäre. Gerne geben wir euch Ausgangstipps oder sind sonst behilflich. Im Garten haben wir eine Cheminée und ein Gasgrill, beides steht euch zur Verfügung. We respect your privacy. We will by happy to give you tips for activities or to assist you otherwise. In the garden we have a fireplace, which invites you to a cozy evening. Unser Haus ist umgeben von Einfamilienhäusern mit ihren Gärten. Es ist sehr ruhig bei uns. Es ist 2 Gehminuten von der Strassenbahn entfernt. In 3 Min ist man mit dem Tram im alten "Dorfkern" von Muttenz, mit div. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und verschiedene Restaurants. Our house is surrounded by family houses with their gardens. It is very quiet with us. Is a 2 minute walk from the tram. In 3 minutes one is by tram in the old "village core" of Muttenz, with various shopping possibilities and various restaurants. Nur 2 Min von uns fährt das Tram Nr. 14, das sie in 10 Min zum Basler St. Jakobstadion und Hallenstadion bringt; in 20 Min sind Sie in der Innenstadt und in 30 Min ohne umsteigen am Messeplatz. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es ein Hallenbad, ein Gartenbad und für die Wellness ist das Aquabasilea nicht weit entfernt. Es können max. 4 Kinder und 2 Erwachsene bei uns übernachten. Achtung! Kleinkinder könnten im Weihher ertrinken. Eltern müssen ihre Kinder selber beaufsichtigen und haften für sie, wenn sie im Garten sind! Children under 6 years are free. There is room for maximum 4 children and 2 adults. Attention!! Infants could drown in the pond. Parents must supervise their children themselves and are liable for them when they are in the garden!
