Lovely flat, 10 mins from centre, on quiet street
Two bedroom ground floor flat, freshly renovated to a high standard, with new kitchen and bathroom. Located in a quiet, safe and leafy area, a three minute walk from the train station into the centre of Glasgow. Many amenities close by, including a 24 hour supermarket. The open plan kitchen, dining, living area, is perfect for families or friends for short stays or long stays with all mod cons. We have increased the time between bookings and our cleaning routine to ensure we are covid secure We've tried to make the place cosy and welcoming. Plenty of room for cooking and eating, hanging out, catching up on emails or watching Netflix. If you're out and about all day long, there are comfy beds to come back to and a luxurious shower to freshen up. The rooms can be made up as two doubles or a double and twin, just give us a little notice and we'll sort it out for you. We also have a travel cot for a wee one if needed. You will have full and sole access to the whole flat We live upstairs with our young family so if you message us, we'll get back to you as soon as we can. We have young boys with very busy social calendars, so we might not respond immediately (especially during office hours) but we'll do what we can. Any questions, feel free to get in touch during your stay. The flat is in the up and coming, hip and trendy Southside of Glasgow. Cafes and restaurants abound, with hipsterville Victoria Road a 10 minute walk away. More baristas, avocados and vegans per square kilometre than the centre of San Francisco. If music or football are your thing, Hampden , Scotland's national football stadium is a 10 minute walk in the other direction for football games and music events. Don't bring too much exuberance back to the flat though ;) To top it all off, Queens park is a hop, skip and a jump across the road. Situated 2 minutes from the train line, getting into town couldn't be easier (a 9 minute train ride to Central Station). There is a bus stop just beyond the train station and good cycle lanes into town too. As the flat is so close to good transport links, then you can hear cars and trains in the distance from certain areas in the flat, but it is in no way intrusive. We don't think you'll notice, but feel we should let you know. During these unusual times we are taking extra precautions for our guests allowing a minimum of 3 days between guests and completing a deep clean. This will ensure our guests can be reassured they are staying in a safe and clean environment.
