The appartment is located in a quiet and spacy residential area. Situated at the entrance to a dead end street the house neighbours to just one other house. It is just a five minute walk to the woods and some more to the relaxing outlook "Pützblick". For daily needs an ALDI-Supermarket and a post-office can be reached within walking-distance (about 10-15 min). Five minutes walking and you reach the beautiful viewpoint 'Pützblick' as part of the Marienberger Traumschleife, a 11 km long round trip hiking path. By car you reach in about 4,4 km a chairlift with breathtaking views on the rhine. More ambitious hiker will find a via ferrata (climibing equippment necesary).
