Villa Elia is situated in an ideal location for Kite Surfing enthusiasts wishing to enjoy the designated internationally acclaimed and unspoiled windsurfing areas, also for cyclists wishing to explore the Island of Cyprus . The Pool Room is a light and spacious Bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom located on the ground floor. You have direct access to your own private space with sunbeds, umbrellas and swimming pool, with seating areas for you to relax over your first coffee of the day or a glass of wine while watching the sun go down. The Pool Room comes with access to wifi, air conditioning, ceiling fans, fridge, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities. Rooms include a delicious continental breakfast. Pool towels are provided. We are available to ensure you have an enjoyable stay, you will find the Villa comfortable and relaxing. You will find all your daily requirements in the local village of Kiti , which hosts banks, supermarkets, bakeries, Bars and Tavernas . The Pool area , Garden and Veranda . The hosts are welcoming and friendly and available to to help with your daily requirements. We do have two very well behaved cyprus poodles who have their own outside B&B accommodation. Diving - Larnaca is home of the Zenobia ferry wreck, apparently the best diving site in the Mediterranean and one of the top ten in the world! The Zenobia was a Roll on Roll off ferry that sunk in 1980 on her maiden voyage, only a few hundred metres from the harbour. Fully laden with trucks and their cargo the ferry now lies on it's side at a depth of 42 metres, with the top of the wreck at 18 metres. Water Parks - In Ayia Napa Water world Angeloktisi Church located in Kiti , the 11th century Byzantine church of Angeloktisti - which means church of Angels . The mosque of Hala Sultan Tekke, built in honour of the prophet Mohammed's aunt, who died there after falling from her mule, is an important place of Muslim pilgrimage .The mosque is situated on the edge of the salt lake, which is a favourite winter habitat for flamingos and other migratory birds.
