Fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one with spa bath), free WIFI included, Foxtel, Dishwasher, Air Con, Laundry, Pool & Gym in complex. The resident managers are available 7 days per week during contactable hours, normal business hours during the week and mornings on weekends. Great place for outdoor activities - beaches, river, fishing, golf, whale watching, surfing, markets, scenic country drives. There is a bus but most people have their own vehicle and get a free undercover secure car parking included. **NOTE: For Bookings made for the Christmas/New Year period from mid December to mid January, the guest can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
