Welcome to my home in Glenelg, a modern, fully furnished unit, with free wifi, ducted A/C, 2 bedrooms (both with QB's), bathroom with rainfall shower, washer & dryer, kitchen with all appliances incl. coffee maker & sunny private courtyard. Close to all Glenelg and Adelaide has to offer. Welcome to my Home! I want you to feel at home in Adelaide whilst you visit. My home has all you will need, comfy beds and bedding, bathroom with rainfall shower head and necessities provided. Modern kitchen with all the appliances one could need including coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc I also provide necessities just as milk, bread etc. There is a great, private, outdoor courtyard, perfect spot for an afternoon drink! There is wireless internet provided, along with TV's with Netflix and Stan in both the spacious lounge room & master bedroom. My Home is only a 2 minute walk to the nearest Tram stop and only a short stroll away from the Restaurants, Cafes and Shops on Jetty Road and Glenelg Beach. Access to all areas. I normally try to meet all guests and stay nearby so available to assist at any time. I also have a fantastic next door neighbour who's also there if you need. My home is located in the seaside suburb of Glenelg, Glenelg Beach is a 15 minute walk from my unit, and Jetty road with it's great restaurants, bars and stores is only 4 blocks away. The tram is at the end of my street and it will take you into the city in 20 minutes. My unit is only a 15 minute drive from Adelaide airport and centrally located to all things Adelaide has to offer including Wineries. Let me know what interests you and will happily provided assistance to make your stay great! Public Transport - The nearest tram stop is located at end of the street, a 2 minute walk away. Also steps away from bus stops along Anzac Highway. Airport - The Airport is 15 minute drive away. Driving - My Unit is easy to locate unit, just off Anzac Highway and easy to get to anywhere you wish to go. Parking - Undercover parking provided for 1 car, there is always space on street for additional parking if needed, and there are no parking restrictions on my street. Please note my home is not suitable to young children (under 4). However for older children we have a great park around the corner, it's the perfect place to run around and has a great new playground to play on. The air mattress is supplied for guests 5 & 6 for no additional fee's. However, if you would like the air mattress when there are 4 or less guests staying, an additional fee of $25 will be charged for the extra bedding. Just let me know at time of booking that you would like the air bed set up.
