In close proximity to local beaches. During this time we want you to re assure you that we are doing our part to make your stay safe. We have made some changes and enhanced our cleaning routine. We will be implementing a five-step cleaning process as follows 1. Prepare for safer cleaning 2. Clean dust and debris 3. Sanitize with disinfectant 4. Check your room-by-room checklists 5. Reset the room We are also taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations. Furthermore, the property has its own private entrance and is located on a quiet street with very few passers-by. Guests can use our self-check in using the key lockbox meaning person to person contact is minimised. Along with our enhanced cleaning procedures we have made the decision to remove our guest book and usual welcome pack. Bed linen will be provided but we kindly request you bring your own towels, face cloths and tea towels. Guests will have access to allocated off road parking for two cars. The house is situated next door to my own property and has its own private access. Pwll village is less than five minutes walk away with a choice of local cuisine including Bryngwyn Steak House, High Tide fish and chip shop/restaurant, Fresz cafe serving fresh coffee and a selection of homemade food. A little further afield there are a number of places to eat and drink in Burry Port, Llanelli and Swansea. There is a newly opened co op five minute drive away. The house is a ten minute drive to Llanelli train station and is on the local bus route from Llanelli town centre. It is a ten minute drive to Llanelli town centre where there are a number of shops and supermarkets. This is a large three storey house. Reduced rates can be offered for the use of only the first and second floor. Please contact owner directly. Burry Port and Pembrey country park are located less than 10 minutes drive away, boasting 7 miles of pristine blue flag beach and a maze of forest trails to explore by foot or mountain bike. Great place for the outdoor enthusiasts flush the blues away with a picnic on the way.
