The Apartment One Fisherman’s loft is a well appointed one bedroom apartment situated on the second floor and overlooking Brixham harbour. Parking We have our own parking place exclusively for your use. Pets Pets are NOT allowed. Smoking Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartment. Accessibility As the apartment is on the second floor there are some stairs that need to be climbed to access the apartment, so please bear this in mind before booking. Living Room The open plan living/dining room is light and airy and enjoys lovely uninterrupted views across Brixham harbour. There is a three seater sofa, coffee table and wall uplighters. If you have time to watch TV then there is a 32″ TV with Freeview and Bluray/DVD player! Kitchen, Cooking and Dining The open plan kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven with gas hob and hood, microwave, kettle and toaster. The dining area has a circular glass and chrome table with 4 matching chairs. Bedroom Stunning views across Brixham harbour. Double bed with matching bedside cabinet and eight drawer unit, double built in wardrobe. Bathroom The bathroom is fully tiled with a quadrant shower cubicle, wash basin, WC, mirror, towel rail and shaver point.
