Our beautiful apartment is walking distance to the beach, local shops and a great park located directly across the road. You’ll love my place because of the location, closed in yard and the size of the apartment. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids) and or 3 couples. Our beautiful home away from home is the ideal place to stay it's quiet and walking distance to the beach and local shops. It's perfect for families with a closed in backyard so you never have to worry about your little ones. It is also perfect for couples and or groups. Brand new and modern but don't let the word unit put you off we are not attached to any other unit in the complex - it's more of a small home. Guests are more than welcome to have visitors, please ask them to not park in any of the other parking spaces/driveways. No one is to park on the lawn areas at any time. We have 6 units in the complex. 3 which are long term tenants. Please do not approach tenants if you have any quires etc. we are available any time to assist you with your needs. Very quiet neighborhood and the unit complex is owned by us and we have no doubts that all of our tennants are all very respectful. A car in Esperance is always super handy as all the iconic locations are not walking distance. We do have a taxi service unfortunately no other public transport. Can walk to local beach and local shops.
