RidgeView - Luxury Apt with panoramic city views

If you're looking for a special experience, in a beautiful apartment, with a stunning view, then you've found it. This is a genuinely luxurious open-plan home, setup in 2016 in a new apartment complex in the heart of one of Accra's most central, leafy and desirable neighborhoods, with breathtaking views across the city. On the 5th floor, the apt enjoys a cool breeze in one of Accra's highest neighborhoods... you can sit back, chill on the balcony and watch the buzz of Accra from a relaxing, environment. You have views to the north, south and west, with stunning sunsets. The space is large and open plan, with a connecting kitchen, living room and dining space, and two generous bedrooms each with their own en-suite. The apt is equipped with smart lights, solar hot water, 55" smart TV, decent wifi. Guests have the entire apartment to themselves, there is also parking available, as well as access to the resident's swimming pool. Divine will greet you and explain how the house works and make sure you are comfortable. In a modern apt building with 30 units, you couldn't wish for a better location. Ridge has traditionally been one of the most exclusive neighborhoods, close to everything, in the heart of accra, but just 20 mins from the airport. You can run in the neighborhood (even reach the sea in just 10 minutes). Ridge is the highest part of Accra, and with the apartment on the fifth floor, there is a constant breeze and it is well ventilated. A taxi will get you to Osu's high street in just 5 minutes. The apartment is on a quiet residential street, but you can pick up taxis that pass regularly, or you can order an Uber. We're close to the main ring road, so easy to find and easy to get access to all parts of the city. Priscilla will come and clean the apartment on mon/wed/fri in the morning. There is no cable TV (DSTV) but there is local free digital channels with basic TV. DSTV can be arranged for longer stays. A credit of 300GHs is made for electricity, after that usage is billable to visitors on longer stays. Occasionally there are power issues which can affect lighting and elevator, but there is a generator in the building. Some guests have noted ants in the flat. *If you are unable to walk up the five flights of stairs if the elevator fails, then we reluctantly recommend you do NOT book the flat.*
