Supermarkets, Antique Shops, Bakery, Tourist Office, Pubs and Restaurants all within 4 mins walk. Cinema/Bowling/Golf are only 15 mins drive away. Crewkerne is ideally located for exploring Somerset, Dorset and Devon. The Jurassic Coast, Exmoor and Taunton Vale are only a short drive. The cottage is located in the grounds of the main house and benefits from private parking and a quiet courtyard gardens with BBQ and garden furniture. The cottage includes fully equipped kitchen, with washer/ dryer and dishwasher. Lounge and dining room, 2 large bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Bedroom 1 has King size bed overlooking gardens and ample storage, and family bathroom. There is a workspace area on the landing. Bedroom 2, has view of to the church and can be set up as 2 singles or a King size and has its own 2 has an shower room. We live in the house next door and are available for check in and any related enquiries. Abbey street is a quiet residential street in an Area of Outstanding Beauty yet within walking distance of the town with all its fine pubs, coffee shops, shops and eateries. Everything is within walking distance. Crewkerne has a mainline train station with direct train into London Waterloo and Exeter. There are plenty of walking routes from the Cottage or a short drive away you can access and explore Devon and Dorset coastlines, Exmoor and Taunton Vale.
