This stunning water front home is all you need for a relaxing, or fun in the sun getaway. Consisting of 3 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed Reverse cycle air con to lounge room and main bedroom Comfortable lounge with reclining chairs to just kick back and relax. Breakfast bar to kitchen for those relaxed meals, Outdoor seating, to sit on the deck & soak up the sun and the views. House is located on a quiet road, just 2 min drive or 10 min bike ride to the ferry terminal, local shops & cafes. The deck provides a great spot to just sit back and look out over the water and surrounding islands, and also keep an eye on the kids as they run around the large open backyard. The backyard leads right down to the water, so stroll right in for a cool refreshing splash on those warm Queensland days. House comes complete with all linen, and if you feel inclined to cook, all cookware, cutlery & crockery is provided. Just bring yourself, and your personal essentials for a great getaway. Ferry terminal is just 5 mins drive away, which links to Karragurra, Mcleay, & Lamb Islands and Redlands on the mainland. There is also a local taxi service (very cheap). If you feel like walking there is plenty of open space to stroll through. If you like to fish, don't forget your fishing rod. At high tide, you can fish direct from the backyard. And there are plenty of areas around the island to drop in a line. Please note: A cleaning fee is charged per stay.
