All apartment amenities are available for use. You will have a private bathroom for your use during your stay and share the living and kitchen areas. The bedroom available is fully-furnished as shown in the photos. The bed mattress is ‘firm'. Lots of wardrobe space and room to unpack. There is also a picturesque balcony - perfect for a wine after work in the afternoon sun. The apartment is situated in an older block with lovely gardens, a swimming pool, in a quiet street. Perfectly located less a hop, skip and jump to Parliament House and many government offices. Canberra city centre is only a 30-minute bus ride. Less than 2km away is Lake Burley Griffin. You are within walking distance to Manuka shops and new and ‘old’ Kingston. There is free 2 hour on-street parking during the day. After 5pm there is free on-street parking available. I have a cat - allergy sufferers beware. Guests can access the complex grounds and swimming pool. You’ll be sharing the space with me - single mum (every other week - not when guests stay) and public servant. Also, George, a british short hair cat. If you have allergies or aren’t too keen on cats, best to find another location - he is definitely the boss.
