Cosy Cul-de-sac Granny Flat - Recently Renovated
Bright private cul-de-sac granny flat with garden entrance. Recently renovated with quality appliances and comfortable beds, close to shops, cafes & restaurants & a 3-minute walk to city buses. Close to the Garigal National Park and only a five-minute drive to Ku-ring-gai Wildflower Gardens, a 15-minute drive to picturesque Bobbin Head and the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park, a 15-minute drive to the Lane Cove National Park and a 20- minute drive to beautiful Mona Vale Beach. Breakfast provided. Bright and airy in a tranquil leafy setting. There are one separate bedroom, (with a queen sized bed), and a living area (with a comfortable sofa bed which opens into a double bed) usable as a bedroom at night. The granny flat is underneath the house with its own private entrance, and free parking adjacent to the flat. We are located in a pleasant leafy neighbourhood, and are less than a fifteen-minute walk, or five-minute drive to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. We are a short drive from Gordon railway station, and a three-minute walk from a stop for city buses. None-smokers only are welcome to avoid a lingering smell of tobacco smoke and to keep the flat and bedding odour free. Although all linen is freshly laundered, the smell of tobacco smoke adhering to smokers can permeate mattresses and quilts. Similarly pets are not allowed. We want all guests to be able to enjoy a fresh and odour free environment.
