Rustic Farmhouse Suite on working farm

Large, open room with exposed beams and rustic feel. Wonderful views of 15 acres and gentlemen's farm. The working fireplace adds another level of relaxation. Private bathroom and separate entrance. We have an array of animals and children so noise is a probability during the day (roughly 730am-9pm). The suite has a comfortable and relaxed farmhouse feel. There is a queen bed and full pull-out sofa. The room has a working fireplace. Skylights make suite sunny and airy. Private bathroom with small walk in shower (no bath). A small eating area with coffee, water, microwave, mini fridge, and snacks help you to relax after travelling. There is a door between the suite and the kitchen of the main farmhouse, this door is kept locked. You will hear my family when we are in the kitchen! In the cooler months, suite is heated by a small heater. Although the heater works great, guests will notice the heater is not perfect. In the warmer months, a window unit AC is used to cool off the space. WiFi is easily accessed through phone/,computer settings. We are located in a rural area, so WiFi is not always predictable. My husband works from home so he is very diligent in keeping internet accessible. If you have questions or need help, text is best way to communicate! Please check out the 15 acres with beautiful views! There are many animals on property (pony, mini horse, mini donkey, dwarf goats, full size goat, pigs, chickens, ducks, and more)! So many wonderful sightings during all seasons! As much or as little as you like Pepperell is a quaint New England town with so much to offer. The town itself has hiking, biking, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, antiquing, sky diving, and so much more! Within an hour of Boston, skiing, and beaching! The Ayer T station is 15 minutes away, this line takes you to downtown Boston. Near to hiking, skiing, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, etc. I have small children so you may hear some pitter patter. No need for an alarm clock as we have a rooster!
