This calm appartment (26 m2) is newly renovated and furnished (including a Sofa Bed (160 x 200cm) and a Bed (140 x 200cm)), in the 7th floor with (2) lifts and located near parks. It has a nice balcony with 6m2 with view to the trees and mountains. Public Transport is available after a few minutes walk (Underground U5, several busses). A foodstore and a pharmacy are quite near, the big shopping mall is at the underground station. It takes approx. 15 minutes to the center by public transport. Auf kleinem Raum (26m2) bietet es einer 4köpfigen Familie viel Platz, da die Wohnung optimal eingerichtet wurde. Ein ausklappbare Bett mit Tempur-Matratze bietet einem Paar einen angenehmen Schlaf. Bettwäsche und Badwäsche sind neu, auch Geschirr ist neu, die Möbel kaum benützt. Ein Schrank bietet viel Stauraum, das Bad hat eine Badewanne mit Dusche (Duschabtrennung aus Glas). Am Morgen begrüsst die Sonne zum Frühstückstisch. Der Abend auf der Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Küche ist neu mit Geschirrspüler, kleinem Backofen, Espressomaschine, Toaster, Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach und Induktionsherd. Die Küche ist voll eingerichtet. Ein Luftbefeuchter kann ebenfalls benützt werden. Da die Wohnung im Osten liegt, bleibt diese angenehm auch in den Sommermonaten. Insgesamt - auch aufgrund der tollen Lage (öffentlich Veekehrsanbindung, Parks, Einkaufszentren) und auch dem zugehörigen Parkplatz ist die Wohnung absolut TOP!!! Einen angenehmen Aufenthalt!
